I hate been ripped off by rental car companies, which happened to me many times. I booked my Advantage rental through Advantage site directly because I get 10% discount compared to expedia. I cancelled a reservation and they refused to give me a full refund. Most websites allow a customer to cancel without a penalty but not advantage. I called to complain and the customer service at the location and the 800 line were both smug and rude. Guess they don't care about bad publicity. I will NEVER EVER rent from them again. I booked with them thru Expedia and marked the boxes indicating that there would be a second driver and that I wanted their roadside assistance. Total ripoff! Double the cost of my reservation. Off airport, so wasted another 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle to/from. Will never use this company again. If negative stars were possible, that's what I would give them. Add comment

I did not take the extra insurance when I rented a car through Carrental.com and Advantage at the Denver airport. When I got the car I took many pictures all around of the dirty car. Shuttle at the airport was prompt and drivers were friendly, however upon arrival you actually have to put your name into a *** before you can be "in line" to be helped. I made online reservation and price was 35 dollars. When I got to the car rental place, the price was 135 dollars. Also the guy behind the desk was very unpolite. I did not rent a car from that place and I DO NOT RECOMMEND Advantage car rental to anyone! Add comment

Worst ever Advantage Rent a car!!! I rented a car for 2 days for $44.42 from Advantage rent a car in Inglewood, California but ended up paying $252.99 + $30 + $ 105.90 = Total $388.89 !!! Horrible horrible horrible! Long wait for shuttle. They never answer their phone. Bad shuttle driver, made me seasick. Long wait at station. Agent acted like she was high.
