An Advantage Car Rental employee told me that there would be a $2".50 charge for each toll if I wanted to use the PlatePass in the rental car and all I had to do was to open the unit/. I decline but was charged a month later for a $10..00 "administration fee" and $/.80 for a single toll;. I never went through a toll|. PlatePass would not credit me for the above charge and Advantage Car Rental does not answer their phone|. It is not a lot of money, but adds up!. I googled PlatePass complaints and found pages and pages of complaints from car rental customers. 127fcfd
