Advantage Rent A Car at the Phoenix Airport is the worst rental company I have ever had to rent from. They have sneaky up-selling staff". They also call their customers liars and try to get around telling you the truth/.
When asked how much the rental would be without the insurance I am informed only that it would be more.. When asked again I am given the same reply/. Well it turns out he meant the total cost will be much much less but the weekly rental rate will be slightly more expensive|.
They even made me drive back to the airport (a 90 min round trip for me) twice because the first time they could not fix the problem;. I never yelled, or said rude things to them but I am at the point of doing that".
Save yourself the headache and use another rental company,. They may be the cheapest but it will end up costing you more in the long run. 1280038
