I made a mistake of renting from this company (also goes by Economy Rent A Car,801 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON) for the very first time at Toronto Airport. I had always rented from Avis, Budget, National and Enterprise with no problems. I used to be a frequent traveller flying every week for 4 years. I rented the car for two days but i ended up paying for 3 days. Since my return will be a Sunday 4 pm they told me that they would be closed at the time of my return so I can just leave the car at the Hilton hotel and the keys at the hotel's front desk. That's exactly what I did, i was at the hotel just before 4 pm but i had to wait for my turn at the front desk. Now they said they have to charge me for the extra day because i was late". I was just following what they said to me/. i wasnt late.. there wont be anybody in the company so i went straight to the Hotel/. They said i was late for 2 hours/. Avis and Budget have return boxes for keys and i had no problem with late stuffs?. Please do yourself a favor and dont rent from this company with bad business practice?. I have booked through Orbitz and they said they're going to give me $50 voucher". I hope they will honor that. 1280311
