MY WIFE AND I ARRIVED AT THE FT. LAUDERDALE AIRPORT ON SUNDAY 2/19/. THE MANAGERS UNIT GAVE US WRONG DIRECTIONS THAT TOOK AND 1 AND 1/2 HOURS OF OUR TIME BEING LOST". THE CAR WAS DIRTY ON THE INSIDE/. THERE WAS GARBAGE IN THE PASSERENGER DOOR COMPARATMENT.. THERE WAS NO ASSISTANTANCE FROM THE PEOPLE ON CAR RENTAL FLOOR/. WE NEEDED HELP WITH OUR LUGGAGE AND NOT ONE OF THE TWO ATTENDANTS OFFERED TO HELP/. I NOTICED THE OTHER CAR RENTAL COMPANIES ASSISTED RENTERS WITH THEIR LUGGAGE;. THE AREA WHERE THE CARS ARE STORED DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE SIGN TO DIRECT US TO THE ADVANTAGE CAR AREA, IT WAS ONLY THROUGH THE ASSISTANCE OF A PROFESSIONALTRAINED BUDGET RENT A CAR AGENCY THAT WE FOUND THE ADVANTAGE CAR STALLS". ALL IN ALL IT WAS THE WORST CAR RENTAL PROCESS I HAVE EVER USED/. WHEN MORE OF *** FREEZES OVER I WILL USE ADVANTAGE CAR RENTAL SERVICE 1280427
