I just got back from my trip to Orlando FL 1/22/12. Rented a vehicle with Advantage and had no problems what so ever. After telling my husband which rental place I made a reservation with, he immediatly went online to double check the company. He told me are you crazy, did you see all the negative complaints about this place? So upon arrival to Florida I was extremely on edge b/c I didn't know what I just got myself into. But from start to finish was excellent. Customer Service was great, gave me an upgrade for free as well as the child seat!!! 12804f0
