I made the mistake of canceling my reservation at Payless to go to Advantage rent a car, which I regret and will never make that mistake again!

I was given an estimate that was $100 more that Payless, and when I decided to go ahead with the reservation, I was hastled by the young agent on everything possible. Finally after returning the car I was then again surprised at the total amount I was charged, I was charged another $50 because the *** young agent I was dealing with didn't change the drop off time, so I was charged an additional 2 hours. So I ended up paying over $300 for a 4 day rental at a crappy rental company!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, BRING YOUR $$ TO ANOTHER RENTAL PLACE LIKE BUDGET AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 1280737

Only $300 for four days? I was charged $443 for 36 hours at DFW Airport! When I questioned why, I was told "that's what it is!" I told them I would take the bill up with corporate as it was outrageous and totally out of line. They said they would reduce it to $365 which I told them was still out of line.
