I rented a vehicle a week ago; several days ago the heat shield fell off the car and i had to take it back yesterday; this morning the replacement car did not work; they told me i would have to pay to have someone come out and take the carcass back to national airport. I have been transferred to advantage officials across the country and have been told they could do nothing or the only one with authority "was in a meeting and would not come out" -- this per Ashley. I will never, never get another vehicle from these people. Absolutely no customer service orientation -- rent you a piece of garbage and then expect you to take care of the the costs to get it towed back. They are giving me no allowance for the considerable down time and all the missed appointments i have because the unreliable transportation i was provided. 128077f
